Molly's Christmas program...

I am sorry, my pics of the program are all lousy. Molly did a
fantastic job with her lines and singing. She will be joining the
school choir, Kingdom Kids in January.

On the last day of school Molly's class had a Christmas
breakfast prepared by some of the parents. I did not prepare,
I passed out food and ate with the kids. The above picture is Molly with
her teacher, Miss Sinke and the 3 other kids in the class. Each week the kids
memorize a bible verse and these guys all learned an extra challenge
verse for the past few weeks. The prize was reciting the verse at breakfast
and a candy treat

Grandpa Leone's Advent....

I have lost track of the days......we have fancy finger rings,

Lance Armstrong braclet,

Chocolate Santa, barrette, and the fanciest finger nail files
in the shape of a sectioned grapefruit that I have ever seen!

Spirit Night at Chick Filet

Once a month Molly's school has a spirit night where a portion
of the sales is donated back to the school.

Day 8....Dental Floss "all I want for Christmas is my other front tooth!"

Family Chapel at school

Each month Molly's school has family chapel and this month the 2nd grade hosted!

Halloween Night!

This year's Halloween Costume line up: Molly and Sara are witches, Nana is Scream, Lily the bride, Edwatd the soccer star and Gina the hobo. We trick-or-treated around the Doyle's neighborhood as is our Halloween routine. We had a great time visiting friends, eating too much candy, and staying up waaay too late! Happy Halloween!

Sophie Quayle...

Almost a year to the day of the above picture being taken, Sophie last her battle with cancer.
I invite you to visit her site www.smilesforsophie.com and also the site www.prayersfrommaria.org . The second site is for a foundation created by the parents of Maria who died last month of the same cancer. The foundation is trying to raise awareness and money to fund research grants.

Please keep Sophie's parents, Marc & Emily in your thoughts and prayers. We are all so lucky...

Saturday Night Rodeo!

Above pic is Molly, Lily, Captn' Dana with friends at a Ronald McDonald fundraiser Rodeo. We watched live Muttin Bustin, Calf riding, barrel racing, and bull riding. Wow! The concession BBQ pork was great, "Frito Pie" and "Cup 'o corn" an education! All in all a fun time with friends and great entertainment.



Naturally the highlight for the girls was post rain mud!
